Over de kennisbank/Over the knowledge bank Workplace Innovation

De Kennisbank Sociale Innovatie is een initiatief van TNO, Syntens en INSCOPE.  Het is een voortzetting van de Kennisbank van het Nederlands Centrum voor Sociale Innovatie (NCSI) dat op 1 april 2012 is opgeheven. Sociale innovatie is een vernieuwing in de arbeidsorganisatie en in arbeidsrelaties die leidt tot verbeterde prestaties van de organisatie, meer werkplezier en ontplooiing van talenten. Met deze Kennisbank willen wij kennis en praktijkervaring over sociale innovatie delen met werknemers(vertegenwoordigers), werkgevers, managers, ondernemers, beleidsmakers, onderzoekers en adviseurs.

The knowledge bank Workplace Innovation is an initiative of TNO, Syntens and INSCOPE in the Netherlands. The knowledge bank has been (partly) translated on request of EU. 'Work place innovation' is a renewal of the work organisation and employment relations leading to improved performance of the organisation and improvement of the quality of work. Via this knowledge bank we want to share knowledgeabout  and practice in Workplace innovation with workers (representatives, employers, managers, entrepreneurs, policy makers, researchers and consultants.
